The only system you need to be consistent on social media (and attract clients!)

Are you tired of content overwhelm?

If being consistent on social media has been a challenge, I’m here to encourage you not to give up.

I’ll give you 3 quick reasons why it is worth investing your marketing efforts into social media to grow your business:

  • Build brand credibility: Regularly sharing valuable and informative content showcases your expertise, knowledge, and thought leadership, helping to establish trust and credibility with your target audience.

  • Attract clients and make sales: Being consistent on social media with content that invites your target audience to opt-in to your marketing funnels or make a purchase, you will ultimately attract more clients and make sales.

  • Increase visibility: Consistent content allows you to stay top-of-mind with your audience and increase your brand visibility and reach.

So, maybe you haven’t found the right approach to be consistent with your social media marketing content but lucky for you I want to share my proven, uncomplicated strategy to multiply your content with less time and effort.

Grab a pen to take notes and let’s get to it, friend.

First, what is Content Repurposing?

Have you heard of content repurposing before?

In the most simple terms, content repurposing is a strategy for creating multiple pieces of content for many marketing touchpoints without increasing the time and effort spent on content creation.

For coaches, course creators and service providers, content repurposing means you can be more consistent with your marketing content, grow your audience, and get your offers in front of the right people without becoming a full-time marketer.

Content repurposing can increase your visibility and expand your audience without the need to constantly churn out more marketing content.

It's also good to know that content repurposing allows you to:

  • Save resources: Amplify your content across different platforms and formats, including social media, email marketing, and more - without the overwhelm of creating more content from scratch. Save time and resources by maximizing the content you already have.

  • Maximize your content reach: Build and grow your audience across different channels. By adapting your content to suit different platforms, you can connect with people who may not have come across your brand otherwise.

  • Automate your content process: Turn your content process into a system that saves time and streamlines your marketing workflow. By repurposing existing content and adapting it to suit different platforms, you can be more consistent with your marketing.

How I started using the Content Multiplier Formula to be consistent on social media - without spending hours creating content

Not to humblebrag, but you may look at me and think that for someone who has years of experience as a growth marketer to Fortune 500 brands, marketing my business must be so easy.

The truth is, not too long ago I was just like you, at a tug-of-war between marketing to grow my business and serving the clients I already had.

Not to mention all the other CEO responsibilities that any business requires - operations, team management, and all-the-things.

So, when I started using the Content Multiplier Formula to repurpose and scale my marketing content - that’s when I finally found a more reliable and stress-free way to be consistent on social media without spending hours on the platforms.

And here’s what REALLY changes when you use the Content Multiplier Formula:

  • You actually start to have FUN serving your audience with high value content

  • You shortcut the time you spend on marketing, opening up more white space on your calendar for revenue generating activities - or even that day off you’ve been putting off for too long.

  • You fill your audience with the right people who are a perfect fit for your products, services and offers

The Content Multiplier Formula attracts, engages and converts your ideal clients, without spending more time of effort, even if you're a one-person show

The Content Multiplier Formula approach to content repurposing

Okay, so now that you know what the Content Multiplier Formula can do for you, let’s breakdown exactly how it works.

Step one: Choose your one “pillar content” platform. We can list all the benefits in a dedicated blog post, but to keep this to the point the three best “pillar content” platforms to grow your audience and attract clients are: a podcast, Youtube, and SEO blogging.

Step two: Choose your “reach” platforms. The goal of leveraging these platforms is to increase the reach of your pillar content. Reach platforms include: your social media profiles, Facebook groups or other niche online communities.

Step three: Choose your cadence. How often will you create content for your pillar platform? Once weekly is a great foundation to build on.

Step four: Create your content. Create your once weekly “pillar content” whether that is a podcast episode, Youtube video, or blog post. Then, repurpose your pillar content into 3-5 different content pieces to amplify on your reach platforms. Here are a few examples of what you can create through content repurposing:

  • Repurpose a podcast episode into 3 short audio clip sound bytes for social media

  • Repurpose a blog post into a carousel post or a series of tip graphics for social media

  • Repurpose the transcript of your podcast or video content into a blog post or email that nurtures your lead list

5 Tips to Repurpose Content Effectively

Start with a solid content strategy: Before you start repurposing your content, make sure you have a clear understanding of your ideal client’s needs, challenges, and ultimate desired result. This will help you create content that is relevant, engaging, and valuable so that you can attract the right people to your audience who are a perfect fit for your products, services, and offers.

Focus on the key message: When repurposing your content, make sure you retain the key message and focus of the original “pillar content”. This will ensure that you are delivering value to your audience and your message is communicated effectively.

Customize for each platform: While it's important to retain consistency, it's also important to customize your content for each platform. This is where knowing what formats and types of content get the most reach and engagement on each platform is important. For example, you might repurpose a key tip from your “pillar content” into a video short for Instagram and Youtube because this type of content is getting more reach and engagement on the platforms.

Schedule your content: Once you've repurposed your “pillar content”, schedule it to be shared across your different “reach platforms” at different times. This will help maximize your reach and ensure that your content is seen by as many people as possible.

Monitor and evaluate your results: Finally, it's important to monitor and evaluate the performance of your repurposed content. This will help you identify what works well and what doesn't, allowing you to refine your strategy and improve your results over time.

4 Actionable Steps to Implement the Content Multiplier Formula Today

You know how The Content Multiplier Formula works now, but maybe you're struggling to see how you can make it work for you.

Try this:

  • #1: Decide on your “Pillar Content” platform. Do you love to write? Do you love to show up on camera? Choose the format that is the best fit for your content creation style and how you like to show up to serve your audience.

  • #2: Be careful with overextending your cadence – it's a marathon, not a sprint. The key is to choose a cadence that you can stay consistent with. This cadence will also set a regular expectation with your audience about how often they will receive fresh insights and inspiration from you.

  • #3: Download my free Client Magnet Content Planner to learn more about creating magnetic marketing content to grow your audience, attract perfect fit leads, and book clients.

  • #4: Do not create content “when the mood strikes”. Create a content calendar to plan your cadence of pillar content and reach content. Then follow through on your plan and be consistent. It sounds so simple, yet this is how you build your foundation for client attraction marketing that actually works!

I’ll bet you can pick even just one of the above steps and do it before you close your laptop today.
